Application data is primarily stored in Ireland, EU (Turso database). For low-latency access, read replicas are synchronized to each API server region (Frankfurt DE, Virginia US, Singapore, São Paulo BR). Providers such as Fly.io, Turso, Lemon Squeezy, Resend, and Upstash may process data outside the EEA under GDPR transfer safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adequacy decisions). 4. Intellectual Property

All content on the workoutgen.app website and in the WorkoutGen application (texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, structure, design) is the exclusive property of JCODE or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site or application, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, except with prior written authorization from JCODE.

Any unauthorized use of the site, the application or any of the elements they contain will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
